When Pablo was about 4 he accidentally downloaded {and paid for} the Monster Inc soundtrack from iTunes. The soundtrack is HORRIFIC. I wrote a friendly email to iTunes explaining what happened and they refunded all of my money. I would guess they would do the same thing for you. Let us know what happens...
